Why come down hard on Duke when a large percentage of academic journals are filled with stuff that is for the benefit of large corporations, not only pharma but others? Just a warning to others?

This is something that more people need to realize. It isn't some "recent" thing either, it's been going on at least since the 50's with big tobacco. Sure cracking down on duke sends a message, but it's like killing a single roach and calling it a day. Your house is still infested and has been for years...
