I'm not sure, I read some where the place could be cleaning some kind of contamination from what ever based that has been needed for several decades. But that was military people on a forum speculating on non- conspiracy possibilities.

Many are watching for them to try something crazy to stop the Democratic transfer of power . They sure have said they would and have trafficked and funded millions of foreign troops in to the country, and not just to rig census districting to subvert elections.
