thank you, i thought i had at least a general understanding of most common theories on jfk. while i had read "jewish mafia" before without the context it just sound silly and bigoted. jfk was such a man of the people, it seemed he pissed everyone with wealth and power and then some more too.

Absolutely no bigotry involved.

I would not combine ethnicity with state actions. Similarly, the Russian citizenry is not responsible for Russian crimes, or Japanese, Chinese, etc.

Having stated this; IMO the JFK conspiracy gets even more interesting when considering LBJ's seemingly inexplicable cover up of the Israeli attack on the USS Liberty, which killed 34 american sailors and wounded 171 others. This went completely unreported in the media at the time, and was suppressed for years. Even now it is not discussed in the MSM).

The Israeli's had intended to sink the ship, but were unable to. Aircraft circled the ship and strafed the life boats to avoid leaving any survivors.

The JFK assassination was a coup; on multiple fronts.

The Grassy Knoll may have been crowded that day. That is, maybe more than one interest group was involved. A Texas company called Brown & Root backed LBJ on his first political campaign and he in turn, helped get them government contracts during and after WWII. When the Vietnam War escalated suddenly about eighteen months after LBJ took office, a consortium of companies known as RMK-BRJ or their subcontractors built more than 90% of the infrastructure used by GIs in Vietnam, including many airbases, ports, and the whole works. The BR in the consortium's name stood for Brown & Root. Through a series of mergers and acquisitions that company is now known as Halliburton Corporation, that is doing quite well I hear. Wherever you went in S. Vietnam you would see plaques saying: This airbase (or whatever) was built by RMK-BRJ. They had a lock on construction in that war just as they did in Iraq. But I'm not discounting Tom's link. Mossad may well have had a part in the assassination. They all are still one big, happy family.
