My father now 68, still working for himself only to stay afloat, though I try to help my family with finances has taken the red pill, curious for a good two months before shuting off everything and going back to watching cnn. Bringing up anything contrary to popular belief is like holding a knife up to his throat. I think the feeling of desperation, fear and knowing you are part of the system that oppresses you engenders confirmation bias and cognitive dissonance. The problem is he is one of hundreds of millions that thinks the same. This cognitive dissonance will ensure the downfall of our privvacy, liberty, and soverignty.
