By "regularly posts dissident political content" /u/Chipit means spreading the Russian "Internet Research Agency" misinformation, exactly and only what you would be paid for at a low-trafficked niche site like this.

That includes its attempts to shut down users who regularly raise the bar like you see here.

People who post dissident political content aren't paid, but those who try to shut them down sure are.
