This book describes a method to "serve as a mighty ideological foundation for preparing a new military command" of the Russian government, stating that "the battle for the world rule of Russians" has not ended and that Russia remains "the staging area of a new anti-bourgeois, anti-American revolution". It says that the Eurasian Empire will be constructed "on the fundamental principle of the common enemy: the rejection of Atlanticism, strategic control of the USA, and the refusal to allow liberal values to dominate us."

It promotes things like a separation of the United Kingdom from Europe, promoting instability and separatism in the United States, and anti-American sentiment everywhere, which are very large political trends.

Sound familiar? It seems to basically be running politics in many places!

Lots of my opinions agree with this agenda, such as anti-American sentiment I have despite being born in the US, so it is likely that this manipulation has greatly affected me as well as others. Of course, this doesn't make opinions that the manipulation supports invalid, but knowing about it can help with, well, understanding the divisiveness, and possibly fixing it, and generally just being more informed.

Just because you agree with somebody in many places, it doesn't follow that you agree with them in others. It's a common strategy in many martial arts to, when your opponent attacks, help them along in the direction they're going to a position advantageous to you – and that applies in many other places too.

Just because Hitler believed that the sky was blue, doesn't mean that you believe that genocide is right.
