It basically deems GMO's (plants and animals) to be "precision bred" instead of genetically modified, based on the same insane Monsanto GMO reasoning of 'well maybe this could have happened in nature with a 10K years of selective breeding, we think..was base that on nothing.'

I wonder if they are making laws or forcing less-unappealing branding for the benefit of food experimentation profiteers.
