Just as a thought experiment, with no connection to real persons in actual life, under what circumstances would it be permissible for a grandma to create a web site to loan out - for a fee - her grandkids (infants) to wealthy DC area lawyers & lobbyists, to play with them in a heated pool at night?

Edit- put another way, how is this not prima facie evidence of child trafficking? Faces blurred, content has already been reviewed by our legal advisor and that image above has been shared on my Facebook multiple times, with no issue ever. It doesn't violate any terms of service and is in regards to a woman who is considered a public individual due to her work at the Pew Trusts, friendship with the Kennedy family, and so on. There's a higher bar of "defamation" for public individuals, and our intent is not to defame. Genuinely wondering what the purpose of her web site was, and how common is it to loan out one's grandchildren to strangers in the DMV area?
