They're busy gearing up for war with China. None of them seems to care about nuclear war any more. There is absolutely no positive news about China in the Western media. War is so profitable that they need a new Soviet Union.

The shift towards targeting China started in the Obama era, but the entire thing, including the Taiwan/mainland conflict, was likely planned over 70 years ago.

Orwell’s 1984 basically sums it up where Eastasia is China and Eurasia is Russia.

I think that's definitely true. You can see how hot spots are created the world over. How did Iraq end up with no port? The Brits did that. How is that Diaoyutai ended up under Japanese jurisdiction? The US did that after WW2. With no hot spots, there's no entry point for intervention. Can't have that if you want war and destabilization.
