He was referring to George HW Bush. His father, Prescott Bush dealt with the Nazis and was censored by Congress. George W. Bush was president when there was a controlled demolition of three World Trade Center buildings.

All the bushs are involved in the same secret society that has corrupted the government. Just like Biden uses his son to collect bribe money. The guy taking the phone calls is usually a bottom of the ladder kind of guy.
