I'm super happy you're going to investigate for us. I don't see the thing on the webcam during the day, but it does show up at night. It might be lens flair, but other people are claiming to see it, not just some random webcam.

I hope you are not disappeared or accosted by street shitters.

I live across the river. The crazy photos were after the election when it looked like they turned all of the DC into a military base. That wasn't fake, it was real

You won't see it because it is indeed just a lens flare. If you want to blow the minds of the mongoloids thinking it's anything else, take a bunch of balloons with you and systematically block each bright light source in the bottom right quadrant of the feed.
