I could see them doing this the day after a person they don't like wins the election in Italy. Our government is pure evil. That's the USA by the way just to be clear.

Could be Russia just to show they can do it again somewhere where it will really hurt. Russians also have a submarine base nearby in Kaliningrad.

I don't see why they would destroy their own pipeline and Biden threatened to do this if they attacked Ukraine. Now, Obummer never stood behind his threats but Biden apparently did.
