I can post something I agree with.
I can post something I don't agree with.
I can post something I don't have any opinion on.
I can post to question, inform, educate, entertain, foster discussion, or raise awareness - among other things.

In this case, the OP content was obviously absurd, but I wondered what rational folks would think of it. Intentionally, I didn't bother to comment on it.
