The gov website specifically states they don't pay out for emergency use vaccines, so the fact she got anything is bizarre.

Oh holy shit they reworded the entire vaccine damage comp system so it doesn't even mention things such as emergency use. Also apparently the covid19 jab and flu jabs now have 120k payouts. Imagine dying from a jab and instead of your spouse getting years x income you get a shitty 120k.

Isn't there a law that says, "You can't have your cake and eat it too." I have expended all the anger I can on the Pharma companies and the ghouls that run them. Its the UK, not the USA.

The USA, the PREP act is still in force. Who knows if the UK has the providers protected by force of law.

Let's hope the stipulations of getting that payout was the requirement to be fully vaxxed and boosted.
