Oh no, I meant for the follow-up, that the people found responsible actually are, and not just patsies for the true perpetrator(s).

There is supposed to be a time capsule buried nearby but it is only forty-two years old. Whoever had it built was really in a hurry to remove the remains. It's almost as if they knew.
