You need to look more into China-conspiracy theories and not the fake ones promoted by Republican/Democrat shills, MSM and online astroturfs. You seem to have no idea on how China's political system works.

Russia and China are on the same side. Republican shills are only spreading pro-Russian narratives because they're racists and want to target China instead.

America is predominantly "right". The "left" don't really have a voice in the US outside of the fake progressives in Bernie/AOC. If you go even further left (communism), one of the end goals of communism/Marxism is to have a stateless society, which is the opposite of a one world government.
