What I love about these sort of things, is that the chance of this being true, is close to zero. For years, way before anyone cared about Ukraine, this sort of thing was literally copy and pasted repeatedly in the local news, because this is what the government was doing to it's own people. I wouldn't be surprised if this was actually taken from local news 5 years ago and now just being used to make every one hate russia. People seem to forget, half of Ukraine can only speak Russian.
