Reposting this because it is now removed from Reddit. Here's the original thread. Here's the clip in its context. It was suggested on Reddit that it was a fade effect, but those don't look like that. The inconsistency is only in a fold in his suit, while there's a continuity between everything else.

why would reddit remove it? i mean other than them being psychotic washed up tranny tools. but other reasons?

Infiltration of Reddit is done by co-opting all the individual subreddits. I hear from multiple sources that the same thing happened to /r/conspiracy. I imagine that one was on the top of their list. Check out this thread.

That being said, people often delete their own threads for undisclosed reasons. The majority of he audience got to see it anyway, since it stayed up for a considerable amount of time. So if this was censorship, it wasn't even effective.

Looks like a glitch in the matrix.

If this is a deepfake it's very well done. Many other deepfakes you can spot because the mouth seems off and sometimes the eyes. I think weiner_mcpoophead's explanation in the reddit thread is plausible:

This is a fluid morph edit. He probably said "Ummm..." or they cut an entire line of dialogue out. This would then result in a jump cut, but adding a fluid morph on it lets AI create artificial frames between the removed section to blend the cut points together. It's just a super advanced fade.

When I read the explanations, I thought they were talking about regular a regular morph cut. This explanation actually sounds plausible. I didn't realize AI was used in video editing back in 2016, but Wikipedia implies that it did:

By 2016, the market for AI-related products, hardware, and software reached more than 8 billion dollars, and the New York Times reported that interest in AI had reached a "frenzy".[207] The applications of big data began to reach into other fields as well, such as training models in ecology[208] and for various applications in economics.[209] Advances in deep learning (particularly deep convolutional neural networks and recurrent neural networks) drove progress and research in image and video processing, text analysis, and even speech recognition.[210]

Source.

That's good enough for me.

It easy to spot fakes by just listening to the audio and listening to what message they are trying to push.

In this video im not sure exactly what message they are trying to push. I found it boring. Nothing too interesting. That the UN is trying to help him?

The UN is deep state so....
