I doubt breyer just retired cuz he saw a truck outside. He's 83 and should retire. Dems know they're losing senate but I don't get why Manchin and Sinema would not support the build back better but they would support an unqualified black woman affirmative action hire. Their voters might like stopping bbb but all that goodwill goes away for supporting a bad supreme court justice. And anyway Lyndsey Graham and other sellout repubs will probably vote for the supreme court justice too. I think truth is he's probably dying soon and knows it which is not too big a shock at age 83.
