The CIA runs all that stuff. It began as an op to control elected politicians: toe the line or get outed. They do the same with drugs, which is how so many politicians wind up muti millionaires. For ex, look at Nancy and her $25 million dollar estate in Florida. Her congressional salary got ‘supplemented’ .

The CIA has probably always had some Jewish mob connections going back to the days of the OSS and WW2, and it's certainly possible such ties never went away, or have actually increased since our political system has been completely taken over by them. So it's possible some elements of the CIA probably were interested in utilizing this mossad asset, and the Israelis were probably happy to share him with some trusted cia moles in return for favors or to aid in blackmailing certain politicians and people with influence for the benefit of Israel.

It's hard to say. A lot of cold war CIA personnel seem to be pretty based on the JQ. Guys like Phillip Giraldi and Michael Scheurer absolutely despise Israel and openly talk about how devastating and subverting they and the Jewish lobby in the US have been to American interests, and these guys werent just some low level CIA analysts. Scheurer was the CIA guy in charge of hunting for Bin Laden and Al Queda after 9/11. He and Giraldi both know where a lot of CIA bodies are buried and they're about as anti Israel and anti Jewish subversion as it gets. Both have suggested Israel knew about 9/11 in advance and may have even helped facilitate the attacks, and again these guys would have had access to information none of us have and cant be dismissed as crackpot conspiracy theorists.

I have no doubt the CIA under the Biden knesset has been pretty well purged of genuine American patriots though.
