Sounds like generic engineering, or social media manipulations.

I suspect "hackable" is a euphemism for BLACKMAIL.

It sounds like authoritarians want us to believe that they can have everything they've ever wanted: full authority and control over others. Maybe there really only two choices: accept their tyranny, or reject it. Sounds like a choice between hell or heaven, slavery or freedom, satan or God.
