You do get that ALL countries signed it right? Your sovereign leaders signed the nuremberg code!

Sovereignty means there is nothing binding your freedom of actions. In practice, the strength of sovereign nations and territories vary, and threats of war or other punitive measures must be considered by the weak.

Signed agreements are only as good as the continued interest in abiding by the agreement.
