I'm saying that I'm replying to the topic in your comments. In your comment this is replying to, you're talking about comments, and said nothing about the jewish genocide of Germans.

Sovereignty is the supreme authority within a territory. Sovereignty entails hierarchy within the state, as well as external autonomy for states.

Clearly, the Nuremberg Code cannot surpass the sovereignty of a state, as I explained in my first reply. Supreme authority means there is no higher authority.

Sovereignty means there is nothing binding your freedom of actions. In practice, the strength of sovereign nations and territories vary, and threats of war or other punitive measures must be considered by the weak.

Signed agreements are only as good as the continued interest in abiding by the agreement.
