Could it not just be he had a facelift and the surgeon forgot what his ears looked like so sewed them on?

Also let's do a poll, I have attached earlobes, what does everyone else have?

After a little searching, supposedly this is a known side-effect of a facelift called "pixie ear".
Not sure how legit that is because it's hard to imagine your skin changing that much, but take from it what you will.

Between the 2 pics his skin gets more lines but not saggier, that made me think of a facelift.

I mean Biden wears just as much makeup as Trump so he's definitely vain enough.
