Well I think the ancient Sumerians were one of the most advanced, if not downright the most advanced ancient civiliazations in history. I think this documentary touches a lot of interesting subjects related to them.

It's a documentary about the ancient Sumerians. I believe Enkidu and Gilgamesh were true demi-gods and that Gilgamesh was extremely influential when it comes to the epic tales about heroes.
