Remember that CIA's black project; Operation MKUltra, they used several methods including drug dosing unwitting soldiers and prisoners with LSD to see if it were possible to control people with certain methods. Also remember, the CIA was in control of Operation Paperclip, which was an operation to capture Nazi scientists and bring them into the U.S. to work on secret black projects such as UFOs and of course, how to control the entire human population with inoculations. Yes, this is all happening. Trump was the last outsider that was not in the pocket of the shadow governance that should be called the 4th reich. Their plan of control will not work unless all humans take this brain control vaccine that will do several things: 1) strategically kill their enemies 2) reduce life expectancy 3) eugenics, to reduce population and 4) control the world.
