Not exactly. Obviously, they're far beyond what they themselves call "fascist", but that doesn't mean they're correct.

They need to use the excuse of the businesses they ruined to mobilize resources under direction of the state to really hit fascism's high points. Look for more haughty "needs of the many" rhetoric mixed with "direct action" stuff, which is already heavy on the fringes. But the powers that be are too afraid of it because they are firmly in power, as shown in this clip.

Fascism has nothing to do with this.

This is simple totalitarian tyranny. But when you take into account the drive towards UBI and the gross government overreach, it becomes clear that his revolting direction is towards COMMUNISM, which is as far opposite to fascism as one could get.
