I think it's pretty cut and dry, Tamerlan Tsarnaev and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev were killer psychopaths that went on a killing spree in Boston. This guy was a friend a sympathizer and probably an accomplice. He was trained in hand to hand combat and probably more. It's more than quite possible he nearly cut the heads of some people. There are no missing pieces here. This guy and his friends were terrorists, he attacked and agent and lost. America, Fuck yea!
If he were Black, you'd say "Case Closed" and never think about it again.

There is footage out there showing that those invovled in the unBombing fled to the scene and played roles, in fact, I have a video saved locally showing a women with a purse using a blood device and she went aroudn role players spraying fake blood on them all and then left the scene unscathed.
