Okay, let's start at the beginning and go through your "facts".

Your first link is a paper published in a predatory open source journal, by an anti-vaxer.

The reason that scientific papers are published in journals is so that they gave per review. This one hasn't.

Moreover experts in the field who have commented on it have noted that it is completely wrong.

Both the abstract and the conclusion make a lot of sense though. Hardly 'completely wrong.'

It may be effective against the original strain and vanilla variants, but it doesn't seem very safe to me.

He's claiming a possible link to prion disease that has no basis in biochemistry. It's completely wrong.

Um ... That's changing the subject a bit. She had the AstraZeneca vaccine.

It's not yet known what was the caused her death, (or, for certain that it was related to the vaccine, but AZ is related to blood clots, so it's certainly plausible.)

It was reported that she had auto-immune Thrombocytopenia, and shouldn't have got the vaccine. The family lawyer claimed that that was false. Do we know who was right about that yet?

afaik it's hard to tell whether AZ causes more clotting instances vs mod RNA vaccines, but some reading does suggest a model. Your link suggests that it does: The researchers also offered a potential explanation for why this blood clotting occurs with recombinant vector vaccines and not the messenger RNA (mRNA) vaccines.
