If my bum got shot, I'd call the amberlamps for that poor guy. We mostly call them the homeless around here though. Bums are more of a relic from a simpler time.

Words used to mean things; a 'bum' wasn't willing to work, but a 'hobo' was, and often traveled to where the jobs were.

I think the event was likely a PsyOp. They used another piss poor actress in it as well. Or the media decided to use actors to sell the story for ratings.
