Footage of collapse looks awfully suspicious but we will find out by mossad linked DHS that a 'white nationalist/supremacist' planted a carefully placed bomb in the lobby of the building that caused its complete collapse for that needed insurance money payout.

Only 5 steel reinforced buildings have completely 'collapsed' into themselves in the history of buildings and skyscrapers. Wtc1, wtc2, wtc7, Plasco and now this Champlain building. Every owner was Israeli or a Zionist.

Notice the bright flashes in the center-top windows immediately preceding/during the collapse.
These flashes also occur as the side structure collapses.

IMHO: They tried to hide the squibs by demolishing the interior sections.
The demo cloud created a well-defined smokescreen of suspended solids.
A ubiquitous sign of demo. Pulverized, suspended, solids. Clouds of concrete.

One side remains standing. Possibly bungled?.

Locals should look for evidence of 45° angle cuts on steel supports. Take videos.

Looks just like the Oklahoma Murrah building, because they have very similar mechanisms of collapse.

Yup, that is what I gathered. There are ways to hide Detcord explosions. That is one way. Again, it is quite a coincidence that Plasco, WTC1, 2 and 7 and now this building were all owned by Zionists.

Also, in a article I read they were sure to talk about that someone heard an explosion but he was an Israeli and it "reminded him of the Israeli war of indepedence that he had to go through."

Allegedly 2 years ago the owner was told that the structure was poor. To fix it would have cost a lot of money. How convenient it would 'collapse' excluding the obvious charges going off, that they could plead plausible deniability.

Looked closely at video & sure enough, all of the tell tale signs of explosive det cord is there. The bright flashes RIGHT BEFORE collapse.

Funny thing is, it was supposed to undergo MASSIVE costly renovation in just a little while.
