Plus, terrorism has not increased near that amount nor is terrorism a threat to the west when the majority of it is state sponsored PsyOps.

That's a very good point, I think people are more likely to be killed by lightning than a terrorist attack.

The blowback theory has been debunked by Chris Rulon among others. The idea is to claim that terrorism is a problem because of US intervention negating to say that terrorists were Mossad and Israel with help from a 5th column in the US orchestrated 9/11 as pretext fr the Yinon war on terror.
