Well the CIA has a record of doing some nasty drug experiments on people related to MK ULTRA, I think this covers it up pretty well.

It's a rundown about some files of the CIA pointing out how it was using prostitutes as part of their experiments on mind control.

A guy I know told me a couple of crazy navy stories from the 1990's (on the USS Nimitz IIRC).

One prank involved dropping liquid acid (lsd) on a sleeping crewman, and how they'd wake up all freaked out, and certainly out of it.
They called it ghosting.

If you're familiar with acid and have a strong mind, then it would be shitty, and would certainly mess up your day.

Anyone without both of these criteria would probably experience the rude awakening of their life.
