The basic principles of Stoicism.

Well, a lot of the mind control that the elites use depend on manipulating people's emotions, so I thought you guys would find stoicism useful.

Stoicism is all about getting rid of the harmful passions with constant training. What the stoics called passions isn't related to what we call emotions by itself but specifically the destructive impulses of our nature. It also teaches us to constanly think about solutions to everyday problems by training attention.

It is my favorite philosophy and trust me I've tried a lot. The "Apathy" that the stoics seek with their training is very similar to the Nirvana of Buddhism. In fact, both philosophies share a lot of themes.

None of the cool kids ever bring up Stoicism.

Because stoicism is just another word for cope.

Stoicism was created when ancient Greece stopped being a stand out success and started getting their arses handed to them.

They had to learn to control their passions and be happy with their lot because the opportunity for greatest was gone.
