There seems to be some kind of power struggle going on within China. One faction is fully onboard with the globalist agenda, and pushing the plandemic. The other faction seems to want nothing to do with it, instead pursuing their own nationalist agenda.

The globalists have no interest in allowing the nationalists to take over China: Such a development would be undesirable to them. In their minds, the 'international good' can only be pursued when the elites from all nations work together to enslave the poor. When foreign elites choose nationalist over globalism, it disrupts that entire system at a fundamental level. Because now you have different groups of elites competing with each other and seeking to overpower each other, which disrupts the flow of wealth.

When Chinese elites choose to enhance their own nations wealth at the expense of other nations, that screws up the entire ecology of power. This may explain why the West has such a strange relationship with China, wavering between friendship and hostilty.
