The deep state tried to do something similar with the recent mess created because of the elections in the US. A lot of them were frustrated because nothing big enough happened like to justify the "state of emergency".

It's a psyop in order to draw the alt-right out and make them do something stupid in order to justify further measures. Once they get rid of the conservative right, traditional Catholics and the neo-nazis there will be no one left to seriously oppose the Jesuit technocracy.
