This has been discussed for predominantly blue states and red states, whereby predominantly red states - which normally require Federal support - would immediately go bankrupt if they seceded. So people in predominantly blue states, which tend to be richer and have higher metropolitan populations, sometimes joke that they'd happily agree to predominantly red states seceding from the union. In any event - as we know - state politics in many states is remarkably corrupt and their 1% will mercilessly abuse the residents in order to develop banana republics. Federal regulation and funding help preserve a good quality of live for most in the US, even though there are many more living in poverty than 4 years ago. Solution: stick with the American Experiment developed in the 18th century, with checks and balances in the democratic system that reduce the potential for corruption (though not as much as it should in late stage capitalism).

That is that US corp regulates private corporations for the better of the majority.

But in order to do that good people who are not Zionist or grifters for multi-national corporate lobbyists would have to take ownership of US corp. Unfortunately, US corp is a quasi public private corporation and it's agenda is controlled by who owns said corporation during that time.

Before US Corp became US Corp, it was founded on democratic principles and checks and balances that allowed for challenges to conflicts of interest and other forms of corruption. Much of this failed in the period of the 1850s - 1920s, and there was a recovery and boom after the New Deal and WWII, when workers programs put money in the pocket of the 99%, which rebuilt the 2/3rds of the economy that is supported by purchases. Since 1963, this corruption has again crept into the political system, destroying the American Dream.

    NO, IT WASN'T

US corp was founded by anti-Christian masonic aspirations against East India corporation and the British aligned lodges. The colonists were caught in the middle. The colonists lost and the revolutionist bankers, corporate lawyers and land speculators won. Tell me, who owned the MA bay corporation? Weird, that the revolutionists got to keep their assets and East India Company, went from Association Inc., to owning Massachusetts with a quick name change.

Tell me, what happened to the regulators of the revolution, such as Shay's rebellion? Many were executed.

John Quincy Adams said that those who are against the Republic (which in Roman = a CHARTER CORPORATION) should be executed.

Then Benjamin Lincoln was hired by Washington pupils and of which Washington was found of, sent mercenaries to execute followers of Shay. Many African-American farmers fought among the ranks of Shay.

All that said, yes, corruption has increased due to corporate deregulation and the takeover by Zionists.

I had thought you referred to the Corporatization of the US government, which has happened since Reagan.

There is no definition of "US corp" online. If you refer to American revolutionists in the 1770s as US Corp adn as anti-Christian and masonic, all of this is not generally known - not is 'US corp' by your definiton. In order to make these references you would have to provide a link or a footnote, as this is not general knowledge.

Good question regarding those who kept their investments in the East India company, but that company was responsible for half the world's trade in the 1770s.

Anything about who 'owned' MA would have to include some evidence or a link. (Not that I disagree about any of this, but we should assume that we are talking about the same subjects.)

According to Brown, 6 were sentenced to hang for Shays' rebellion: https://www.jstor.org/stable/1921810?seq=1#metadata_info_tab_contents

    Very funny

Lots more than 6 and many were executed and killed by Mercenaries. I have a bunch of books on Shay's rebellion.

There is no definition of "US corp" online.

Of course there is... read a book, before 1900. Every corporate lawyer knows the US is a voluntary corporation.

    https://youtube.com/watch?v=naOsGamjGtw

(Corporation codes and Act of 1871)

    P. 86 Municipal Corporations Enactment and Contents.

..No particular form of words is necessary to the creation of a municipal corporation, although a particular form of words is generally used for this purpose, the question whether a particular statute creates a municipal corporation is one of legislative intent.

    Fictio Legis Neminem Laedit

    ^ ^ ^ Remember that!!

A corporation is a collection of NATURAL PERSONS, joined together by they voluntary action or by legal compulsion, by or under the authority of an act of the legislature, consisting either of a special charter or of a general permissive statute, to accomplish some purpose, pecuniary, ideal, or GOVERNMENTAL, authorized by the...

It will thus be seen that a corporation is not only a LEGAL ENTITY or ARTIFICIAL PERSON separate and distinct from the NATURAL PERSONS (fascism 4 da lulz) who compose it, but it is also a collection of INDIVIDUALS, and this conception of it is recognized by the courts whenever the FICTION of the LEGAL ENTITY is urged to a purpose NOT WITHIN ITS REASON.

    Book: http://books.google.com/books?id=hQMoAAAAYAAJ

This should put to rest the idiocy I keep seeing over "Corporations".

    Just think...this is only Chapter 1, of a book from 1881. That's right...1881.

But we all know it magically "doesn't count", even though it was taught AT HARVARD LAW SCHOOL.

I bet 10-to-1 Vegas Odds I hear ZERO "investigative journalists" that self-proclaim greatness out here EVER speak of ANY of this, even though it is written in black and white.

Also, one final note... The 1871 Act DID NOT make the United States a magically new "Corporation".

Reconstruction" was exactly that...reconstruction of the ALREADY EXISTING CORPORATION, across the top of ALREADY EXISTING STATE CORPORATIONS (Plantations, North & South).

No, the US government -- UNTIED STATES AND CONGRESS are incorporated. The US is legally a federal quasi public-prviate corporation. Read Chisolm vs. Georgia 1793.

    THE CONCERN IS WITH CORPORATIONS.

Did you not know that chain corporations were banned across the U.S. & Britain for centuries until only the last century & half? It was to stop EXACTLY what occurred with corporations that collapse you into food bank status & Slappy Mac's.

They've already done the world-building (ala Pufendorf) into crude national corporation status...it's been 70 years...they are actually slightly ahead of schedule for socially engineering the population for the shift over.

Bernard Mandeville, 1714 on "top-down private corporation interdependence upon population via enforced unity of social engineering" as well as Malthus, "Progress of Rents" (I think it was). Everyone said NO, but they did it anyway. Here you are now."

We do know that "constitutional republic" (as neither America Inc. nor U.S. Corp. are "democracies") literally means in latin... "Charter Corporations" (res publicae, i.e., "The People", e.g., fictional "persons" i.e., Thomas Hobbes "Leviathan").

It took decades for China to open up her markets to the west and vice versa because they did not recognise the wests LEGAL PERSON fiction.

"the Eye" represents (over the Pyramid), or in at least one interpretation, "Reason" (RA) being the penultimate of the entire idea. Knowledge, wisdom, blah blah blah. You get the point. Each mind is a brick which makes up the stronger overall engineering design of the corporation. THE MOAR U KNOW!

You and I are at the bottom; they game creators are at the top. It is their reason, their idea that created this monolithic corporation.

And for hilarity of Israel incorporated:

By the way teh law sayd the US is a corporation, even in modern times. Even Trump said openly that the US is a corporation and one day, it is going to go broke. Funny that Drumpf said this.

Dead broke, desperate, after having lost much of his land, even selling off the Sword that General Lafayette gave to him...Daniel Shays & The Regulators revolted against the Revolution.

Private Companies hired out Soldiers, and placed them under the command of General Lincoln...and Gorgeous George with his very rich buddies, hammered through the "Constitution" to fix this...with the beauty of "Martial Law"...you know, the ORIGINAL "Patriot Act" to fix "Terrorists".

Samuel Adams ("Founder"), lover of Liberty, shoved through the "Riot Act", empowering Sheriff's to kill rioters in groups of 12 or more, and said- "In monarchy the crime of treason may admit of being pardoned or lightly punished, but the man who dares rebel against the laws of a republic ought to suffer death."

John Jay (first Supreme Court Justice and "Founder") said- "The people who own the country ought to govern it."

John Adams ("Founder") said- "The Declaration of Independence I always considered as a theatrical show. Jefferson ran away with all the stage effect of that... and all the glory of it." -John Adams, June 21, 1811, Letter to Benjamin Rush

Thomas Jefferson ("Founder") a "fighter" against "banks" said- "Money, not morality, is the principle commerce of civilized nations."

Adam Smith ("Wealth of Nations", 1776)- "Civil government, so far as it is instituted for the security of property, is in reality instituted for the defence of the rich against the poor, or of those who have some property against those who have none at all."

And yet, for all this talk of "Legalized Freedom" and "Licensed Liberty"- All the poor still died broke, and still do.

Remember Daniel Shays. Remember Dorr's Rebellion. Remember the Bonus Army, remember Pretty Boy Floyd...remember them all.

They scared the crap out the system, and the system hunted them down for it.

Screw the farcical "Occupy Wall-Street Revolution", LEGENDS and TRUE GIANTS walked America, more man than YOU will ever be.

The wheels on this bus go 'round and 'round, right back to where you started.

The rest, they say, is "HisStory" (history).

The US is a corporation. But yes, the increase in corruption and greed significantly increased wit hReagan and the corporatization of US corp for billionaire private corp interests.
