Well, the US government has already admitted that it has poorly managed the money of its citizens in the past, I wanted to share this find from the last decades.

It's a good read of MSU scholars talking about the poor management of the government when it comes to using its funds, with $21 trillion being not properly managed. While not all of this was neccesarily used in corruption, needless to say that just a single trillion dollars could have probably ended poverty in the US...
