Would greatly prefer some better data than vague guesses

and wouldn't any amateur chemist in their garage be able to prove the existence of additional unlisted ingredients?

This sounds extraordinarily easy to prove if someone smuggles out an unused vial of the vaccine.

It is highly controlled. There is an irrationally high security around these vaccines.
