Guys - if you're not eating healthily and taking vits/minerals to supplement this as needed, start doing so!

Give your body what it needs. That includes Vitamin D, Vitamin C, Zinc, Iron, Magnesium, Calcium and all the rest of it... limit sugar and processed crap. Too much poor quality meat isn't great either.

If you are taking all that you need to take vitamin k too or you'll calcify your arteries and pineal gland.

Vitamin K is a great recommendation, outside of medications used for blood thinning. Vitamin K2 MK-4 is pretty promising. This is just a general fact sheet on it, but it's extensive and goes over medications that shouldn't be taken along with it as well.

https://ods.od.nih.gov/factsheets/VitaminK-HealthProfessional/

In Japan and other parts of Asia, a pharmacological dose of MK-4 (45 mg) is used as a treatment for osteoporosis [5]. The European Food Safety Authority has approved a health claim for vitamin K, noting that “a cause and effect relationship has been established between the dietary intake of vitamin K and the maintenance of normal bone” [41]. The FDA has not authorized a health claim for vitamin K in the United States.

Japan also engineered toothpaste that contains hydroxyapatite--main component of bone starts with a P. Premo? Eh, I can't remember. We have some in the US now that's fluoride-free called Coral. I've used both, can't tell a difference between them, but who knows.

Diet is big but in reality extreme exercise is the more important side of health, although both are good.

Yes, solid exercise is massively important too.
