I saw a video once where a bunch of older CIA guys who are now retired I guess got together for an anniversary of sorts and recalled a lot of the experiments they did, some of the test subjects, ways they went about the experiments, sentiments they had about them and all sorts of other interesting subjects that pertain to the topic.
Hearing their insights, despite all of the things they did, ethical or not, was interesting to hear. They truly seem to believe what they were doing was really helpful to a lot of people and, frankly, they don't come off as having had malicious intent at all.

I'd love to remember what to even search for or if I had saved but, but I just can't recall anything. If someone knows what I'm talking about and can post it, that'd be cool.
