It's the law you can't sell unsafe food. Kitchens need to be checked for hygiene. Some food poisoning kills, and in multiples.

How the hell is a paying customer supposed to know if the place they've ordered from is safe or not?

FOOD IS DNAGEROUS!!!!!!

don't grow carrots, or buy any from your neighbour! THey need the stasi to come around and make sure they have the right kitchen first!

Don't get me started on lettuce, or tomatoes! and leave those plums on your tree. You can't sell them to your neighbour without a $1,000 bit of paper.
