Well, I think the CIA is the biggest drug cartel in the world constantly manipulating the different groups. I think this book covers up its involvement in the Asian drug trade very well.

It's "The Crimes of Patriots" book in which the role of the US military and the CIA in the Asian heroin trade gets exposed.
