You can sue a corporation. You can't throw it in jail because some laws exist from before the clown world.

With enough time, any being will learn to love what it hates, and to hate what it loves. Memory is a fickle thing, and even if you find a technique to recover it, no head can store and process an eternity. Where is the you that is real?

Corproations are fiction, what's it worth sueing a fictional entity when it continues to exist in imaginary land and it's members just change names. Shay's rebellion was cool.

Why do corporations exist? Because judges refuse to throw out dumb demands. And people refuse to throw out dumb judges.

The situation when city dwellers can use the state to abuse farmers is unhealthy. Well, love democracy, enjoy its fruits. More decentralization could help.

Shay has lost, losers aren't cool.

Corporations LITERALLY DO NOT EXIST. If you're insane enough to think they do then you're probably insane. They are fictions of the imaginatiom, and those fictions of imagination become reality in our imaginations but are nevertheless still fiction. Judges don't exist in almost all courts except for a grand jury of common law. The problem is attorney and BAR associates and magistrates in juridictional star chambers know that the people are dumbed down and they are agents for for-profit corporations. They know there was a coordinated effort by corporate lawyers to indoctrinate students and they know they can use confusing lawyer rhetoric to tacitly get the prople to contract with them.

If a police officer arrests me and beats me up for shouting from afar that he is abusing the person he is arresting; what happens? I go to a for-profit state corporation star chamber that asks what my plea is. I say:

"I don't have one, I was held under duress." He might them ask me: "do you have or want a lawyer."

If I say yes, I automatically have contracted under their statuary for profit star chamber. If I say no, the fake judge might ask: are you hereto represent yourself? I say: "No." "Lex Misnomer. How could I represent myself, I am standing before you here and noe. The judge wants you to say yes so they can contract with your corporate person.

What is the charge? Let's say the cop writes in disorderly conduct, ie, yelling a few words from afar.

They don't want to throw me in jail forever, what the clerk and 'courts' really want is MONEY. Say I have to pay 600 dollars plus fees and probably a bail fee in jail.

Okay, since the cop ie., STATE COP (AGENT OF STATE CORPORATION OR ENFORCER OF UNCONSTITUTIONAL STATUARY LAW) has no evidence against me, and since it is his word against mind, I simply say to them, I am NOT interested in contracting with your star chamber.

SIMPLE.

Then make a contract with them in paper form explaing from here and now, I am under the jurisdictional law of the constitution of the United States.

The problem today is the US corp is one big revenue for-profit generator squeezing momey out of weak because the mammon worshiping grifters steal such contribution services for their own self-imterests.

First you say everything is a corporation, now you say they don't exist. Your words may be correct, but they are useless.

The state doesn't want to take your money, it gives you its money. To get recognition and steal your labor.

Courts can sue people who refuse to cooperate, your magic trick won't work.

[–]Jesus 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (8 children)

It has worked. It doesn't work for those who have US corp beneifts and privileges.

My words are truth. Stop contracting with the state then.

Stop contracting with the state then.

You'll stop being a citizen. The state will steal from you, if it can. It will kill you if you have nothing to steal. In the eyes of a state, non citizens are wild animals with no owner. It can hunt them. It can try domesticating them.

Wrong, US Corp is voluntary. They know this, it is written in the charter documents upon the founding of the corporation. Again, if you use state privilages and benefits and then decide not to pay for these half-baked services that you chose to use, in so you made a contract, then yes, they'll take the money.

[–][deleted] 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (5 children)

it is written in the charter documents upon the founding of the corporation

The state is the highest authority. If it decides to ignore its own laws, no one can punish it. It can freely ignore its own laws.

I agree here. And that 's a very big issue.

[–]Jesus 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (1 child)

Imaginary corporation. They don't exist which is why if you chose not to contract with their corporate laws and services, such as a homesteader would, then you don't have to pay them a cent, and they know this, which is why they try hard to have everyone tacitly contract with them.

[–][deleted] 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

then you don't have to pay them a cent, and they know this, which is why they try hard to have everyone tacitly contract with them

I've seen people like you in court. You always lose. Unless you're strong enough to fight the state. You will pay whatever it wants. Or die.
