Wait a sec, I looked a few days ago when this first got mentioned and the 911 commission did notice unusual stock market trades but left it as being coincidental. That doesn't sound very debunked. I'd appreciate sources if you have em.

i read about it from the book crossing the rubicon over decade ago you can still find it via pdf bloody good read.
