Government is never 'we'. And yes, they sure have this and more, but 'they' will never share anything with 'we'. How the Internet slipped out into the public is an unusual exception.

If the various UFOs spotted over the years have been top secret experimental craft, the existence of anti-grav technology could explain the way they are able to move the way they do.

But if anti-grav tech was safe, viable and cost effective I don't know why the government would still be using rockets so much. It is primitive, they're giant, expensive bombs. I suspect that's all Musk meant, just a meta thought.
