"Return on Investment", that is the core value of Capitalism. And that builds directly on Usury..."

Wrong.

The core value of Capitalism is prosperity from production. You cannot eat what hasn't been produced, no matter how much paper money you have squirreled away. That we have all of these societal and economic problems is precisely because what we have today is NOT Capitalism. It is State controlled society and economy, and that is always wrong.

No, it's not. It should be, given the laborer what he dutifully has produced but the consenus has been an interest bearing loan money market since the inception of the US charter corporation. I win. Stop contracting with corporation.

in my opinion, capitalism is a system that allows the rich to enjoy 50,000 cheeseburgers while i only get one.

it is a math trick that everybody falls for.

The rich do that in every system.

That's pretty much the definition of being rich.

Fiat economy?

[–][deleted] 3 insightful - 2 fun3 insightful - 1 fun4 insightful - 2 fun -  (10 children)

Not really?

The core value, is the ability to do what you want with yourself and your property, without a need to ask for a permission. This allows for the cycle of reward and punishment inside your brain to run neatly and orderly. With an orderly brain, everyone should be able to maximize our potential and achieve whatever we want.

Capitalism can work without usury just fine. It will be slower, but more stable. And it would be great if people could remember that no business has a right for a guaranteed profit, not even the banks. Ultra rich are being compensated for lending a small portion of their power to non-idiots. Bureaucrats can't do this for some reason.

My friend, you do get it. Real Capitalism is about private property and its moral, rational usage. If we had capitalism, everyone would get exactly what's coming to him, for better and for worse.

Capitalism is the only fully rational and fully moral system upon which a sane civilization might be built. https://www.amazon.com/Thrust-Freedom-Introduction-Volitional-Science/dp/0880780061/ref=sr_1_1?dchild=1&qid=1611373157&refinements=p_27%3AAndrew+J.+Galambos&s=books&sr=1-1

Nope. Capitalism is an ism based on gain over the community at large. It isn't evil nor is socialism. Nor is any ism. But without the laws of God and salvation from Yeshua, capitalism will be immoral. Human condition creates these conditions of degeneracy and greed. Capitalism is just an avenue.

The concept of private property and allodial title isn't even seen by most classes under capitalism yet it was a thibking of most Christians and God's way despite this man made ism.

I don't see anywhere that this is the core value of Capitalism or any other ism for that matter is what you say it is.

Capitalism can work without usury just fine. It will be slower, but more stable.

I sort of agree here, however, the money itself is a debt bearing loan, all of it, even the money you invest.

[–][deleted] 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (3 children)

the money itself is a debt bearing loan

A debt that has never been taken, isn't meant to be returned, can be canceled at will, and isn't recognized as a debt by both parties, isn't really a debt. These debt-like mechanics are just a hidden tax plus some additional means of corruption for the federal government.

Amd yet, the taxpayer is used as collateral as the state goes more and more into debt.

[–][deleted] 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (1 child)

Citizens' reputation is the true collateral. This debt is too big to repay. And reputation is too valuable to lose. The plan is, make everyone a debtor, then cancel all debt simultaneously. When everyone has a bad reputation, no one has it.

[–]Jesus[S] 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

Problem is debt really isn't owned to any other debtor, if that makes sense. They'd rather have you think that however. That way the people in a class are pitted against each other.

Cause they don't own the wealth. They don't own the profit. They can't even get pleasure from the good work, since they don't get to make any decisions.

People have no reason to care about things they don't care about. At the root of every working morality system, is a source of pleasure. Bureaucrats unavoidably develop a tendency to only care about their public reputation and what they can steal, since that is the only source of pleasure available to them. Morality built on empty words, can't be followed.

41 billionaires are now as rich as the poorest half of the world population (this chart apparently was not updated for Elon Musk. Pirates and looters ("billionaires") own more than the poorest half of the World's population. And it's all been stolen together, with speculation, insider trading, interest, cottage milking, bail outs, cartel formation. A couple of total galsbakkens run off with the loot.

[–]Druullus 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (1 child)

...as rich as the children?

[–][deleted] 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

Children, people with unassessed actives, African tribes and family members.

You'll tend to agree if you're poor. you'll disagree if you're rich.

and truth doesn't matter ... who're winning is what's matter.

No, morality matters.
