i find it interesting that people actually believe in this covid. it is a political weapon. isnt it interesting that just as soon as biden gets inaugurated, we are gonna open up the economy? and the lockdown is going to end? this covid is complete bullshit.

[–]magnora7 12 insightful - 2 fun12 insightful - 1 fun13 insightful - 2 fun -  (12 children)

It's a real disease, it's just incredibly over-exaggerated to scare everyone

[–]Tom_Bombadil 2 insightful - 3 fun2 insightful - 2 fun3 insightful - 3 fun -  (2 children)

Is it?

How do you know?

The symptoms changed from dropping dead in China to flu symptoms everywhere else.

Notable exception: A small percentage have symptoms of altitude sickness.

Some of these case also have blood O2 levels as low as 40%.

Respirators have little or no effect at increasing the levels of blood O2.

These unusual cases haven't been explained by the mainstream media (AFAIK).

Wuhan was the first location in China to fully deploy 5G.

Source: https://5g-emf.com/wuhan-was-the-province-where-5g-was-rolled-out-now-the-center-of-deadly-virus/

Original source http://www.xinhuanet.com/english/2019-10/31/c_138517734.htm. (unsecured website in China)

Other sources were similarly unsecured.

I suspect that 5G may the the actual threat, and that they backed off of their plan when people started discussing 5G.

5G is still taboo on the MSM.

The WEF has eluded to a "dark winter" cyber attack that would eclipse Coco19.

I wouldn't be surprised if they went live with 5G while the internet was down, so it couldn't be discussed.

All of this is welcome for discussion at Saidit (even if none of it's true). More info on 5G: https://www.vox.com/recode/2020/4/24/21231085/coronavirus-5g-conspiracy-theory-covid-facebook-youtube

More info on 5G:

Honest discussion is the risks of 5G is one of the most taboo topics on YouTube, the MSM, and social media in general.

I would put the likelihood of factually accurate 5G health risk info in the vox link you provided in the single digit percentages.

Media stooges and covid shills aggressively work to suppress any discussion of the risks of 5G.

This aggressive censorship/suppression strongly suggests that:

A) 5G is exceptionally dangerous.

B) 5G is directly related to the current scamdemic.

https://www.healthline.com/health/radiation-pneumonitis#symptoms

What Is Radiation Pneumonitis and How Is It Treated?

What are the symptoms?

The main symptoms of radiation pneumonitis include:

  • shortness of breath
  • dry cough
  • feeling of fullness in your chest
  • flu-like symptoms

These symptoms are very similar to those of both pneumonia and lung cancer. In addition, radiation therapy can cause similar side effects, even in people who don’t develop radiation pneumonitis. As a result, many people ignore these symptoms and don’t get treatment.

If you’ve undergone radiation therapy within the last few months and notice these symptoms, tell your doctor as soon as possible.

What are the complications?

(Long Covid?)

Radiation pneumonitis can have some lasting effects, especially in more severe cases that aren’t treated. Over time, it can develop into radiation fibrosis if your symptoms don’t improve. This refers to permanent scarring of your lung tissue. It usually starts to happen 6 to 12 months after radiation treatment, but it can take as long as 2 years to fully develop.

The symptoms of radiation fibrosis are similar to those of pneumonitis, but they’re usually more severe. If you have radiation pneumonitis that feels like it’s getting worse, your doctor may check for signs of fibrosis.

If you have to work this hard to prove a theory, perhaps there is a problem with the theory?

[–]Minedwe 4 insightful - 4 fun4 insightful - 3 fun5 insightful - 4 fun -  (1 child)

Yeah bro, Gravity is obviously bullshit. As is physics. You can't just flap your arms and fly to space, so it MUST be fake!

[–][deleted] 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

Totally. Fuck gravity.

[–]JasonCarswellPlatinum Foil Fedora 1 insightful - 2 fun1 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 2 fun -  (4 children)

"Disease" is not the correct term.

[–][deleted] 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (3 children)

[–]JasonCarswellPlatinum Foil Fedora 1 insightful - 2 fun1 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 2 fun -  (2 children)

Spin.

Find me proof they called flu viruses "diseases" BEFORE this scamdemic.

[–][deleted] 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (1 child)

First - it's not a "flu virus"

Second - the definition of disease is in that link above, and certainly applies to previous SARS-CoV-2 infections

[–]JasonCarswellPlatinum Foil Fedora 1 insightful - 2 fun1 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 2 fun -  (0 children)

Coronavirus magically "cured" all cases of the flu, almost like they've just rebranded the flu.

They keep changing the definitions of things to maintain perpetual lockdown. That definition is fear porn propaganda. I said "BEFORE".

[–]Sebastian 4 insightful - 2 fun4 insightful - 1 fun5 insightful - 2 fun -  (18 children)

Hey I had COVID and I am 20 year old, I had serious fever for two days and in that moment I understood the gravity of the situation. I can easily imagine how people who are 50 struggle with it and people older than that can definitely die easily. It is a no joke and needs to be taken seriously.

[–]FuckMasks 4 insightful - 3 fun4 insightful - 2 fun5 insightful - 3 fun -  (7 children)

That is what colds do. Always. The entire US doesn't need to wear masks that do nothing because of it.

If efforts were put towards protecting the elderly/at risk (EI Free food delivery, sanitation, oxygen masks) instead of govt rights gobbling then I'd believe this was more than just the flu

[–][deleted] 2 insightful - 2 fun2 insightful - 1 fun3 insightful - 2 fun -  (2 children)

I kind of think we should have been taking a lot of viruses and diseases a lot more seriously than we had been and hopefully this is a wakeup call. Things like herpes, the std, people think it's no big deal but maybe we socially distance from people that have it and not have sex with them, it causes mental problems. Also lyme. I think the elites would rather not make a big deal about a virus rather than make too big a deal. Now we are having vaccine shortages. I bet all the elites like governor of California already got the vaccine and that's why they're out partying all the time.

[–]jet199 2 insightful - 2 fun2 insightful - 1 fun3 insightful - 2 fun -  (0 children)

Possibly you're right. Just like dementia respiratory illnesses which kill the elderly have been seen as just a fact of life, sometimes even a positive.

Viruses are nasty. There's good evidence that most cases of schizophrenia are caused by virus infection, particularly among immigrant groups and people who have been travelling. Unfortunately this means it's not really PC to talk about.

[–]JasonCarswellPlatinum Foil Fedora 1 insightful - 2 fun1 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 2 fun -  (0 children)

They released Lyme into the wild. And that's not just my decades old syphilis talking.

[–][deleted] 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (3 children)

That's not what colds do. If you're going to refute science or tell someone their serious illness is unimportant, try to bring reasonable arguments.

[–]JasonCarswellPlatinum Foil Fedora 1 insightful - 2 fun1 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 2 fun -  (2 children)

Try quarantining the sick, frail, and elderly.

Everything else is tyranny and you're defending it.

[–][deleted] 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (1 child)

People of all ages have died from COVID. Why do you insist on making up lies about the science?

[–]JasonCarswellPlatinum Foil Fedora 1 insightful - 2 fun1 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 2 fun -  (0 children)

Why you gotta play stupid?

You know most people who die are old with co-morbidities. Just like the flu.

Why you gotta pretend it's "science" when it's corrupt corporations.

You are defending TYRANNY ! ! !

[–]madcow-5 3 insightful - 2 fun3 insightful - 1 fun4 insightful - 2 fun -  (5 children)

Sure. So no different than the flu or a rough cold.

Those are, and have been for all of humanity, an accepted part of life. Never until this year was it even suggested that you shut-down all of society over it, or that by having a cold you're inadvertently murdering people if you don't quarantine yourself. And that's very much the way the narrative is going. Someone I know at upenn has to provide proof of a flu shot to receive their degree this year. That's insane, and clearly an effort to pretend it's normal to treat the common flu the same way we're expected to treat COVID19.

[–]Sebastian 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (4 children)

I agree with you but I think there is no great conspiracy behind it. Just a human error. In the first days, maybe January, nobody really had any data on how deadly is the virus. The theory was it could be even 20%, which would be catastrophic to our society. So with that mindset everybody enacted drastic measures (I am talking about the world, dunno much about US). Also you need to realize that normal flu does not overflood the hospitals with patients. Almost every country in Europe is building field hospitals because of overflooded hospitals. Flu does not do that.

[–]jet199 3 insightful - 2 fun3 insightful - 1 fun4 insightful - 2 fun -  (2 children)

Are you serious?

In the UK we get our hospitals flooded every single winter with flu.

Last year we built field hospitals for covid but they were dismantled due to lack of demand.

[–][deleted] 2 insightful - 2 fun2 insightful - 1 fun3 insightful - 2 fun -  (0 children)

In the US it's not super common to go to the hospital for anything short of an immeniently life threatening condition. Poor people do sometimes cause it's covered for them.

[–][deleted] 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

Hospitals in the UK - especially in metropolitan areas - are over capacity, and have been for months, due to COVID. Hence the lockdown. Johnson &co certainly don't want to require lockdown, but their forced to do so because of the rising infection rate, the highest in Europe at the moment.

[–]madcow-5 2 insightful - 2 fun2 insightful - 1 fun3 insightful - 2 fun -  (0 children)

Depends what you think is a "great" conspiracy. To say COVID19 wasn't politicized to the most extreme extent possible by democrats, it's just bonkers. It's literally the how and why of democrats winning the election. Both tanking the economy and the mail in voting. Neither of which would not have been acceptable had the left collectively not pretended COVID19 was far worse than it was.

We knew by April that it wasn't as bad as the media and the left was claiming, and the evidence of that was being censored.

[–]Vagina7 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (3 children)

with all respect, how does a 20 year old truly know that his fever wasnt simply cause by a normal flu situation? i dont get the flu any more, but when i was young, omg, i thought that i was going to freaking die when i would catch the flu.

i remember when tom hanks came on tv to announce that he had the covid, he said that he had the sniffles.. wtf?

[–]Sebastian 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (1 child)

Because my test came back positive and I lost sense of smell so I had COVID if that is what you meant by that.

[–]Vagina7 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

I haven't washed my sack in almost two weeks.

Be glad that your sense of smell goes dead.

[–][deleted] 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

Seems you refuse to read what you might not agree with. Hanks also had much more to say about his symptoms.

[–]madcow-5 4 insightful - 2 fun4 insightful - 1 fun5 insightful - 2 fun -  (1 child)

I still don't know anyone who's died of it, nor have I seen a case about a person who died of it who wouldn't also have died of the flu or a bad cold. The idea that we grinded society to a halt over this is insane.

The only people I've heard of who had it and complain about some "disastrous" side affects like not being able to smell are people who I see post online that are massive hypochondriacs and literally always have 20 different "poor me" health problems and disabilities.

[–][deleted] 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

its so funny that all the Dems screaming for lockdown are now screaming to open the economy because their precious tax dollars are drying up. They are learning the hard way that business and 'the rich' dont contribute to the tax base the way they have been saying. Taxes dont flow without commerce. I laughed when Como told New Yorkers to just "go get an essential job" if they wanted to work.

[–][deleted] 2 insightful - 2 fun2 insightful - 1 fun3 insightful - 2 fun -  (1 child)

Repuglicans gave themselves huge tax breaks at the expense of the economy. This and other forms of idiotic borrowing has meant that the US is now $27 trillion in debt (much of it to China), the biggest debt problem in US history. And no, Cuomo did not say that.

[–]TurbulenceImpact 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

Thanks for this. I see your point. Cuomo obviously answered questions in a reasonable way up to that point, and apparently fucked up at that moment. All politicians use this excuse that there are job openings, even if they're referring to part-time toilet cleaning jobs. It can be infuriating to listen to that comment from Cuomo, but it's only one statement out of many other approaches to economy. Major metropolitan areas are suffering severely, because of the lack of work in the service industry, among other problems. My main point is that the "Dems" are not responsible these past 4 years for the 27 Trillion in debt and the lack of money to support those out of work. 2/3rds of the economy is supported by purchases, whereas the 1% are regularly rewarding themselves at the expense of the 99%, to the point that the 99% cannot afford much of anything. This is how the 1% has been killing 2/3rds of the economy since Reagan. Yes, there are Dems in this group, but they aren't responsible for the policy decisions that give massive tax cuts to the 1%, allow major companies to abuse the system that results in the closure of small businesses and more people living in poverty. In this context, Cuomo's fuck-up comment is unimportant. There are much larger trends that have been bankrupting the country these past 4 years.
