Just remembered to consume vitamin k.

That keeps your arteries clear. The Japanese get loads of it on their diets which is why they have much less heat disease

Gets rid of calcification across your vascular system so no worries about fluoride or calcium in the water either.

Pastured meat, dairy, and egg yolks are all good sources of K2. I eat them plus cod livers (A + D3).
