I just found out this audiobook was disabled from Bitchute, while other "offensive" audiobooks were kept, and that the author was poisoned in 2018. So I tracked-down the best copy of the data:

Goodson's book is fine in the beginning but takes a nose dive when they mention the fake mythological Lincoln letter.
